Always. Every visit produces a detailed service report, and we keep monitoring logs and trend data on file. Reports are formatted to drop directly into strata council meeting packages.

How do you handle a bedbug issue in one unit vs. a building-wide problem?

Both. We can treat individual units or coordinate a building-wide response with proper owner notifications, unit-prep instructions, and follow-up documentation — whatever the situation requires.

Are you insured and certified?

Yes. We carry full commercial liability insurance and hold a Small Employer Certificate of Recognition (COR) — the same safety certification required on commercial construction sites. Documentation is available on request.

Can we get the same technician each visit?

Yes, wherever possible. Continuity matters in strata — your technician learns the building and spots changes early. If your regular tech is unavailable, your account lead briefs the replacement before they arrive.

Do you offer ongoing contracts?

Yes. We offer monthly, quarterly, and custom-frequency service contracts depending on what your building needs. We don’t lock strata corporations into anything that doesn’t fit their situation and budget.
